Claiming Credits and CME Certificate Fulfillment

CME Credits may be claimed at the conclusion of the final Session within the Series. The Claim CME Credit post-activity evaluation form will be made available on the website at the conclusion of the final Session, and an email will also be issued that provides direct access to the post-Series CME form to claim credits.

1 CME Certificate is supplied electronically for the cumulative CME Credits earned commensurate with the extent of participation with the Series and verification of attendance. (7 total CMEs available for the Series)

The Same-Day Broadcast Replay of each Session within a Series will be available starting at 8:00 PM EST following its corresponding live Session Broadcast and are CME accredited. However, attendees are only eligible to obtain CME Credits for participation within either the Live Broadcast or Broadcast Replay for a given Session with the Series and are not eligible to obtain CME Credits for participation in both.

Target Audience

Virtual EP Connect has been designed to meet the educational needs of electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and other physicians and associated professionals with an interest in cardiac arrhythmia management, and heart failure.

Activity Goal

Sessions are designed to address the following ABMS / Team competencies: Patient Care, Medical Knowledge, System-based Practice, and Practice-based Learning.

Series LXXXI Learning Objectives  

• Examine the latest clinical data from APHRS 2024 and assess impact on practice.
• Review VT Symposium 2024 Session Highlights and apply lessons learned to practice.
• Review optimizing Map-Guided PFA to treat Atrial Fibrillation.
• Review the latest Late Breaking Clinical Trial Results from AHA 2024 and assess the impact on practice.

Accreditation Statement

This activity has been planned and implemented by Ciné-Med and MediaSphere Medical. Ciné-Med is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Physicians: Ciné-Med designates this Series, consisting of 4 Sessions, for a maximum of 7 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the Series.

Nurses: Ciné-Med provides a total of 6 Contact Hours for Nurses for this Series.

Individual Session CME Accreditation

Physicians: Ciné-Med designates 3 Session within this Series for a maximum of  1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ and 1 Session for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

Nurses: Ciné-Med provides 1.5 Contact Hours for Nurses for Sessions within this Series and 1.5 Contact Hours for 1 Session.
