To claim your CME credits, click on the Claim CME Credit button, and complete the online Credit and Evaluation form, including selection of each Session attended within Series XXI.
1 CME Certificate is supplied electronically for the cumulative CME Credits earned commensurate with the extent of participation with the Series. (7 total CMEs available for Series XXI)
